Early Access Offer — Terms

These terms ("Offer Terms") govern the BrainVolt early-access incentive currently advertised as "First 250 signups: free priority access + $20 credit at launch" (the "Offer"). They are supplemental to, and read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these Offer Terms prevail for matters specific to the Offer.

1. Eligibility — first 250 qualifying signups

The Offer is available to the first 250 individuals who (a) join the BrainVolt waitlist during the Offer period and (b) satisfy the Claim Condition in section 3. Order is determined by the timestamp of the qualifying waitlist entry recorded on our systems. If demand exceeds capacity, earlier timestamps prevail.

2. What the Offer includes

• Free priority access — an earlier invitation to BrainVolt at launch than non-priority waitlist entries, subject to product readiness and capacity.
• $20 credit at launch — a one-time $20 USD credit redeemable exclusively against BrainVolt paid plans.

3. Claim condition — payment method on file at launch

To claim the $20 credit you must add a valid payment method to your BrainVolt account at launch. No charge will be made at signup and adding the payment method does not itself start a paid subscription. This requirement both caps abuse and reserves the credit for signups with real intent to try a paid plan.

4. Credit applies on paid plans only

The $20 credit can only be applied against a BrainVolt paid plan subscription fee or a paid usage charge. It has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, cannot be applied to free plans, and cannot be combined with or stacked on top of other promotional credits unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

5. 90-day expiry after launch

The $20 credit is valid for 90 days from the date you first gain access to a BrainVolt paid plan at launch. Any unused portion expires after 90 days and cannot be reinstated or refunded. We will attempt, but do not guarantee, to notify you before the credit expires.

6. Non-transferable — one per user / household

The Offer is limited to one claim per individual user and one claim per household or billing entity. It is non-transferable, cannot be sold, traded, assigned, or combined with other claims. We reserve the right to detect and decline duplicate or coordinated claims.

7. Modifiable terms

The Offer, its timing, the number of qualifying signups, the credit amount, the expiry window, and these Offer Terms may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn by BrainVolt at any time, in our sole discretion. Where practicable, we will post updates to this page and update the effective date. The version of the Offer Terms in force at the time of your signup governs your claim.

8. Fraud, abuse, and good-faith use

We may, in our reasonable discretion, decline or revoke the Offer for any signup that appears to be fraudulent, duplicative, generated by automated means, or otherwise inconsistent with the good-faith intent of this Offer. Nothing in these Offer Terms limits our rights under the main Terms of Service.

9. Governing law

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the main Terms of Service.
